Responsibilities
The Technical Leader will be responsible for one of the following tasks:
Lead a development team and oversee the full software development lifecycle.
Design and develop scalable mobile applications using React Native.
Work across the stack, including backend (e.g., Node.js) and frontend (e.g., ReactJS).
Review code, mentor team members, and ensure adherence to best practices.
Participate in technical planning, architecture decisions, and estimations.
Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders and clients in English.
Foster an open-minded and proactive team culture.
Requirements
The right candidate will meet these key requirements:
5+ years of hands-on experience in software development, including both mobile and full-stack (frontend + backend) work.
At least 2 years in a Tech Lead or similar leadership role.
Strong expertise in React Native and solid experience with backend technologies (NodeJS or similar) and web Front-end (ReactJS).
Good experience with DevOps.
Good understanding of system architecture, APIs, and performance optimization.
Effective English communication skills (both written and spoken).
Leadership mindset: proactive, supportive, and open to feedback.
Nice-to-Have:
Experience working with international clients or in multicultural teams.
Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Agile/Scrum development experience.
