The Shopify Front-End Developer will be responsible for the following one of these tasks:

• Customize and develop Shopify themes to build visually striking, responsive, and high-performance eCommerce websites.
• Translate UX/UI designs into interactive, functional user interfaces with cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
• Work closely with our Back-End Developers to ensure smooth integration and an outstanding user experience.
• Enhance front-end performance, optimizing websites for speed and scalability.
• Implement SEO best practices to drive traffic and user engagement.
• Continuously iterate and improve websites with new features and updates, responding to user feedback and industry trends.

Must-Have Skills

• Expertise in HTML, CSS/SASS/LESS, and JavaScript.
• Proven experience working with Shopify’s platform and Liquid programming language.
• Knowledge of web animations (CSS transitions, SVG animation, WebGL is a bonus).
• Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with modern Front-End Frameworks like React or Vue.js.
• Knowledge of working with APIs for data integration.
• Familiarity with Git version control.
• Prior experience in an agency environment and a solid understanding of eCommerce.
