Junior TA/HR Executive

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Junior TA/HR Executive who wants to support us in our strive for success as we are a growing company reaching for the stars! Responsibilities

The Junior TA/HR Executive will report directly to the HR Supervisor and will support with the following tasks:

  • Work closely with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies for assigned functions.
  • Identify and utilize diverse sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and potential candidates.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates, reviewing applications, and conducting initial phone screenings to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit.
  • Manage the internal eHiring system, including uploading CVs, and maintaining the source database.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process, including preparing welcome materials, scheduling orientation sessions, and managing new hire data in tracking systems.
  • Create engaging content for various platforms, including social media, and job boards to attract potential candidates.
  • Collaborate with the team to plan and organize internal activities, and events.
  • Socialize and engage with staff to foster a positive work environment.
  • Take care of the office, ensuring a welcoming and well-organized space for employees and visitors.
  • Support the HR team with other administrative tasks.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Requirements

The Junior TA/HR Executive is expected to have the following qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 6 months of experience in Talent Acquisition/ Recruiter roles in the IT industry.
  • Strong knowledge of various recruitment channels and tools, and social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good spoken and written English.
  • Proficiency in database management and record-keeping.
  • Computer literacy, especially in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational and task management skills.
  • Creative, proactive, and strong multi-tasking skills.
  • Having design skills is a plus.
  • Able to work with sensitive/confidential information and maintain the integrity of the HR department.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be a friendly and helpful team member.
